Welcome to How Good's Sydney! By booking or participating in one of our experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Cancellations by Guests

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the experience will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist where we can.

Cancellations by How Good's Sydney

Occasionally, experiences may need to be cancelled due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available date.

Arrival

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be able to join once the experience has begun.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the experience they have booked. Please advise us of any accessibility requirements before booking where possible.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, venues, and the public. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or illegal.

Liability

While we take reasonable care to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Australian law, How Good's Sydney is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Photography & Videos

We may occasionally take photographs or short videos during our experiences for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, simply let us know before or during the experience.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
