• Cancel more than 48 hours before your experience for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

• If How Good's Sydney cancels an experience due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
