Our experiences involve walking, exploring public spaces, and, on some tours, travelling by car. By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the experience is suitable for your fitness level and personal circumstances.

Please let us know before your experience if you have any accessibility requirements, mobility concerns, or dietary requirements. We'll do our best to accommodate you where possible.

Guests are expected to:

• Treat fellow guests, staff, venues, and the public with respect.

• Behave responsibly at all times.

How Good's Sydney reserves the right to refuse participation or end an experience for any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or illegal.

While we take reasonable care to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Australian law, How Good's Sydney is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
