This small-group experience combines artisan pastries, premium ceremonial-grade matcha, a scenic harbour ferry ride from Circular Quay to Barangaroo, and a relaxed walk to Darling Harbour.

Meet your host near Circular Quay and start the morning with an artisan pastry from one of Sydney’s most celebrated bakeries.

Ferry Ride on Sydney Harbour


Take the scenic route across Sydney Harbour, sailing beneath the Harbour Bridge before arriving at Barangaroo to continue our morning adventure.

Along the way, discover some of Sydney’s street art, from harbourside sculptures to unexpected works hidden throughout the city.

Stop at a local Matcha Cafe


We’ll end the tour at a local matcha cafe near Darling Harbour and enjoy a premium ceremonial-grade matcha while getting to know your host and fellow travellers.

Is this experience suitable for solo travellers?

Absolutely. Many guests join on their own, making this a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers, new locals, and like-minded people while exploring Sydney.


Do I have to have Matcha? Can I get coffee instead?

Yes, the cafes we go to also have a selection of coffees to choose from.


The experience includes a relaxed walk of just over 4km around Sydney CBD. A moderate level of fitness is recommended, but the pace is comfortable with plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos and enjoy the food.

The experience operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather that affects ferry services or guest safety, you'll be contacted regarding alternative arrangements.


Are there gluten-free options?

Yes! Gluten-free options are available. As our regular pastry stops don’t specialise in gluten-free baking, we’ll visit a dedicated gluten-free bakery along the way with its own selection of artisan treats. Just let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
